The material used is collamere. Visian ICL is the result of last research and technology of intra-ocular refractive surgery.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong> Advantages&#xA0;:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\t Bio-compatibility: the charge of the collamere is positive and the protein charges of cells are negatives, so there is few adherence of inflammatory cells on the lens of the surgery.<\/li>\n<li> Foldable IOL: implantable by an incision of 2,7 mm under topical anaesthesia by drops and ambulatory surgery.<\/li>\n<li>Short surgery: introducing the IOL in the posterior segment behind the iris and in front of the natural lens using a disposable injector.<\/li>\n<li>Reversibility: Visian-ICL IOL is easy to remove in case of exchange.<\/li>\n<li>Visual recovery is obtained quickly the day after where visual acuity is optimal.<\/li>\n<li>The Visian-ICL is invisible in natural gaz.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Available models:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\tVisian-ICL for correcting high myopia (up to -23 dioptres)<\/li>\n<li>\tVisian-ICL for correcting hyperopia (up to +23 dioptres)<\/li>\n<li>\tVisian toric ICL (TICL) for correcting myopia combines astigmatism (up to -6 dioptres)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>      Pre-operative precautions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\tThe referral iridotomy with laser YAG is performed to avoid post-operative intra-ocular high pressure.<\/li>\n<li>\tTreatment to prevent intra-ocular press is sometimes required.<\/li>\n<li>\tExceptionally cases of ICL intolerance are reported with high intra-ocular pressure needing removal of the Visian-ICL.\n      <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\\wp\\wp-content\\uploads\\2015\\09\\visian_icl.jpg\" alt=\"ICL implant\" width=\"209\" height=\"137\"> <br \/>\n  <span class=\"gws\">ICL Implants <br \/>\n          <a href=\"http:\/\/www.staar.com\/html\/visian-icl.html\" target=\"_blank\">www.staar.com<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#xA0;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Different implants :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"\/en\/wp\/en\/intra-ocular-lenses-artisan\/\">ARTISAN<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/en\/wp\/en\/intra-ocular-lenses-artiflex\/\">ARTIFLEX<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/en\/wp\/en\/intra-ocular-lenses-visian-icl\/\"><strong>VISIAN ICL<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/en\/wp\/en\/intra-ocular-lenses-bioptics\/\">BIOPTICS<\/a>\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"center\">\n<p>&#xA0;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>VISIAN ICL Visian ICL is phakic intra-ocular lens correcting myopia, hyperopia and astigmatism without removing the natural lens of the patient.
